Mr. Peck is a native of Oklahoma City and attended public schools in Oklahoma City. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from Oklahoma City University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s School.

Mr. Peck is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. He is one of only a small number of practicing lawyers in the United States that holds this designation and is the only practicing lawyer in the State of Oklahoma to hold this designation. His practice includes frequent representation of women and men in Dissolution of Marriage matters that involve complex marital estates and significant assets. By combining his extensive litigation experience with his expertise and training as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Mr. Peck is uniquely situated to assist his clients in obtaining their full share of their marital estate whether at trial, in a mediated settlement, or through the collaborative process.
