Lisa M. Anderson earned both her B.S.B.A in Accounting and M.S. in Taxation degrees from the University of Tulsa. She has over 25 years of experience with international and public accounting firms with experience in tax compliance and consulting for corporate, partnership, individual and trust income tax.

Lisa specializes in income tax, business valuation and litigation support with an emphasis on divorce and family law income tax and asset valuation issues. She was the first woman in Tulsa to receive the Accredited in Business Valuation designation by the American Institute of CPA’s, holds a Certified in Financial Forensics credential, has earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation and is a courthouse approved Family & Divorce mediator. Her litigation experience includes family law, personal and business economic damages, stakeholder disputes, business valuations, fraud investigations and insolvency, and has testified in both state and federal court. She has served in various leadership capacities for the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, and American Institute of CPAs and currently serves as President of the Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Lisa frequently prepares and gives presentations on topics such as Tax Planning and Tax Law Changes and Tax and Financial Consequences of Divorce to both professional and civic organizations.
